I deliberately knock over my water bottle so I can justify stopping for a minute when I'm in a hole & feel a bit broken, no ragrets

I used to be quite fixated on not stopping during a session, it's easy if i'm in the house myself but when there's a 4 year old marching around loudly announcing she really needs a poop I don't take the chance that my wife has it covered
