I’ve broken my ring finger below the ring and the ring won’t come off anymore. Don’t want to comment on how that affects me. Lol. But I’m still married so less said is maybe best! Broke it tripping running up our stairs and landed with my full body weight on the finger! Rather uncomfortable.
Broke it again playing five a side - playing out I got my big toe burst by a large chap and had to go into nets. Dived to save a shot - finger broke again! Old age is shit!!!

I had one with my ring finger in that hand 10 years ago, looks a lot like yours. Today I found myself telling the doctor in A&E 'Last time this happened.....'. Makes me feel old and accident prone.
I panicked at first, it will be ok I'm sure but I've had to cancel a lot of stuff for a few days because it's painful if I bash it. I did get back home and finished cutting the wood after I'd examined safety protocols and made appropriate material changes :)
