Could try exposing them to flame or bung them in to the dishwasher for a cycle. If you can be bothered to try to fix them. New pads might be the easiest.

Does this really work? I'm tempted to try it because I could bung the rotors in also.
You've tried isopropyl yeah? Also lightly sand the rotor before thoroughly degreasing it with alcohol.
