Yeah the normalised numbers, I think, are more impressive.
Guessing Bernal has some pw advantage to help stay in contact, looked good though.

Less meat to him, so likely quite a bit more aero but:
At 75kg, MVDP was doing 5.84w/kg normalised for the last 1.5h. After 3.5h of racing.
I imagine the lighter Bernal and Alaphillippe would have been needing to hold more than 6w/kg to match the power disadvantage. They were taking turns, and not just tagging on.

I’m impressed that Bernal hung in there until Siena against that kind of power, he must be going really well at the moment, hope his back holds up.
