One of the things I regret selling when I was brassic 20 odd years ago and couldn't afford rent. Prices seem to be all over the shop on Discogs.

and is there such a thing as a cheap rotary mixer?
my brain is so hardwired at this stage (old dog, no new tricks) that I can't even manage to stop touching the crossfader even when I have it switched off and am using the faders. Have only mixed on a rotary once and it sounded very nice but my brain was focusing too much on how to use the damn thing and not on the transitions.
