I ended going for some very similar Topps tiles for my bathroom, half the price of Claybrook and my builder couldn’t see why they would be different prices as they were the same material.
What kind of times are you after?

Yep - there's a lot of stuff out there that is variably priced to say the least.....
Tile wise, I'm looking for large format 60x60 tiles, maybe 60 x 30, concrete like finish. warm off white colour. Bit like the wall tiles in the pic attached (though they are of course a different size).
Open to plain un-bevelled matt titles as well, as this would be cheaper still.

Thanks- some nice stuff on both . My architects supplier came back with costings at over £60 sqm for tiles for 2 bathrooms, so i need to look at some cheaper alternatives....... much value engineering needs to take place
