It is my home, in fairness, rather than my weekend yacht - I'm not sure the golf club has too much time for us boat tramps.

I was gonna point this out. Dealing with your own sewage and having no mains water ain't my idea of golf club.

No offence to boat dwellers, used to be one myself so I know the score.
