I ordered a bag of espresso from them last year sometime and thought it was good but a little underwhelming. I would happily try again, but then again I think Monmouth is a really high quality roaster and I seem to have opposing ideas of what different espresso machines are capable of compared to Sumo - so make of that what you will.
I also think James Hoffmann is a spanner though - I know that's a very controversial standpoint here.

I usually order from YB, but as this is really local to me got some and really enjoyed it, this reminds me I was going to email him to see if he could do it by the kilo.
But then I also like Monmouth's espresso blend and filter so it's probably just absolute shit and i should stick to Kenco or something.

One man and his dog roasting from home in Catford. Delivers personally. Business is booming for him. Don't know enough about coffee to say whether it meets @Sumo standards but it does the job nicely for us and lots of local cafes serve it. Would be interested to hear some other opinions on whether his coffee is good or not.
