Remove lowers, clean stanchions with alcohol, flush lowers with alcohol, put some oil in, re assemble the fork.
Like I'm going to waste alcohol on bike parts...
Does it require special tools for most forks?
Pike can be done with allen keys and a hammer, I haven't done my 34 as it was serviced by TF Tuned when they did the tune for my fat arse.
