Ignorance is no excuse for being complicit.

It's clear that the UCI will never make fundamental change until they are backed into a corner and have no other option, so I think it's down to the teams and the riders themselves to force the UCI into that corner.

Anyone who is not making effort to be part of the solution, can only be seen as part of the problem IMHO.

I don’t really get the negative what aboutery here. You can donate and have a direct impact on something. Doesn’t mean the other elements can’t also be addressed.

It’s extremely frustrating how slow cycling has been to improve its diversity.
