There is a cafe space in the building where I have my studio, The Rose Lipman building in DeBeauvoir, N1. It's a pretty nice space but has been empty for a while and our landlord is looking to fill it. First 6 months are rent free! If you are interested, let them know I put you in touch as there is a finders fee!
As the ad says we’re trying to offer the space at a low rent to help a local struggling cafe business but really its open to any suitable candidate.
