So I made the jump to 12 speed recently and so have two spare rear wheels for sale. Both with 11 speed SRAM free body.

Anybody know if it’s possible to run 650x47 ish tires under mudguards designed for 700x35? Doesn’t have to be perfect, it’s mainly a matter of not wanting to faff with taking mudguards off when switching to more off-road incline wheels & tires on weekends while commuting to work on slicks.

Perfect for a mullet gravel bike.

This is what I’m after me thinks. If u can give me a few hours today to double check and see if I can buy a single front wheel easily enough from hunt, that would be appreciated.

Incidentally, how come there’s no front wheel available? (Or have I not had enough coffee/missing something).

I live in south London but can come and pick up easily enough once I’ve got my ducks in a line.

Totally fair question. It's only because I was just upgrading the groupset, so needed a different freehub, which required only changing the rear wheel. I did try changing the freehub itself, several times, but couldn't get the right one to work. The front wheels are still fine for what I need.

I’ll pass for now, as hunt advised me they only sell rims, not single wheels..

Trying reduce faff in my life at mo - so not looking to get the front wheel built up to go with (although that would be fun and v nice).
