Sorry, hadn't seen this.
110mm spacing, 14mm axle as @psg1ben says.
I made the disc spacing the usual 15.25mm* offset from the locknut/innerface of the dropout to the rotor mounting surface as this is what the Halo hub uses (I checked with Halo) and what I think the Profile hub uses.
*Or thereabouts, I'm not gonna claim I was accurate to 1/4 of a mm!
It might be possible to do something with a flip flop hub and a threaded rotor adapter but on the flip flop hub and adpater I have, the disc sits closer to the dropout/locknut than the standard 15.25mm.
I'll include that white fork in the sale if you'd like it. It came with a Blank bmx frame so is probably the same brand.
