    75kg in November 2019. 93kg Monday.

    Lockdown + work + newborn = stress eat.

    Going hard Keto from next week (got Gousto meals to finish this week). It got me to 73kg (lightest adult weight I’ve been) in 2018/19 so feeling good about it.

  • Solid effort. Those are the kind of gains I can respect.

    Smash on the keto and it’ll fly off. If I get bored of 5-2, or it’s going too slowly, I might just fire back on to keto anyway.
