Yeah there's a lot going on there. If your going colored anodising then it needs to be a neutral colour frame, or orange on an Orange.

It's the dysentery-brown / hearing-aid-beige purple ano jarring combo that particularly unsettled me.

Dairy Milk frame? Would eat but not ride.

Bars, saddle, crap lights and crap mudguard aren't great but anti does seem a bit harsh, especially posted with the bike immediately below it.

I agree. Genuine work of art, like they've aimed for anti (and hit it bullseye). There's a guy I used to see around here who had a Trek Project One whose bike was similarly a commitment to the absolute worst.
