How about an X100V? Comes with a 23mm F2 fixed and has two options in terms of teleconverter.
One is completely free and is the digital one that allows you to zoom in to either FF equivelant of 50mm or 70mm focal length (JPG only)
The other one is via physical teleconverters that allow you the FF equivelant of either a 28mm or a 50mm focal length (RAF & JPG) The latter being more expensive obviously.
Small, easy to carry on the bike and in the end, probably less expensive than any combination of body and lenses combined.
I did think about the X100V, but with kids and trips with them, having the convenience of a zoom lens to fit and forget is more practical. If I were just shooting for myself on the streets, the X100V would have been my first choice.
