Previous Puky Purchasers: I'm having some problems with Puky Bikes UK. Had a LRM-B turn up in a bashed up box with some damage to the bike itself. Looks a lot like it's a customer return that has been forwarded on to me because it's got another customer's details on it. Requested a return and now they've gone quiet on me. Lots of excuses about Brexit and couriers which I was accepting at first but am now losing my patience. Immediately jumped in with how they ship around 3000 bikes a week and have few issues - well that's not my problem, I purchased this in good faith.
Anyone else had problems with them? When you bought your bike, was there any internal packaging? Mine just shipped in a big empty box with the partially-assembled bike rattling around inside it.
