My 996 isn't registered as ULEZ compliant because it's too old, but it would pass the required test so you can, if you wish, register it with TFL and drive it around the centre of town paying only the congestion charge.

I drive it into town so infrequently, and am so lazy, that I have not bothered to do this and just pay the fee whenever I do so. I think that was maybe twice last year.

It is my home, in fairness, rather than my weekend yacht - I'm not sure the golf club has too much time for us boat tramps.

I was gonna point this out. Dealing with your own sewage and having no mains water ain't my idea of golf club.
