  • Right about the Rover, less so about the Mk 2 Cortina.
PB Cresta was only ever produced as a 4-door saloon or 5-door estate. Never as a 2-door.
Would you agree that the car in front of the Commer van is a 2-door?

  • Yes agree it is a two door, but the headlamp doesn't have the space for the indicator and sidelight for the cortina, Nor the indicator for a PB (yeah I googled) You can make out swage lines on the other dark cars but not this one, but you can see the reflection of the white road lines.

Never knew that about the PB, or cared that much as I preferred the PA and not a vauxhall person. Thought that the PA came as a two door as I saw this one and thought it looked right and a factory job.

Edit- Todays avoidance task - Thought it could be a hillman hunter/minx but also not right. I don't think it is a MK2 cortina as no vent on the C post and rear lights aren't visible on the rear quarter. No swage visible up the bonnet.

Also no mention of the Honda c scooter or is it a yamaha townmate?

  • I don't disagree with you about it not being a Mk 2.
But I'm buggered if I know what it is.
