Managed to get my 6 mile route done in my lunch break today.
Ankle is hurting a bit but have arranged an appointment with a podiatrist. It’s a weird pain because it’s either not there at all, or an ache on the inside of my ankle bone or higher up the muscle. Sometime the pain is a pulse. No clue what’s wrong
