Would I be able to drive two screens from two separate usb c - hdmi adapters plugged into two different usb c ports (macbook pro) or do I need to get a usb c - dual hdmi adapter? Does video only get sent to one usb c port at a time?
Depends on the computer. AIUI the M1 Macs can only drive two screens at once (including internal), the Intel ones should be fine.
