  • Actual glazed pads are pretty rare I thought rather than shiny and working. Hopefully the isopropyl works.

    I went into the stores today for a takeaway san pellegrino, solero and snickers.

  • Had a lot of fun yesterday, didn’t get out today so broken the rear suspension down to service it as penance- and of course one of the bearings that I don’t have is shot. I think I may actually park the full suspension bike up for winter next year given the grinding paste I’ve been spending some hours evicting.

    Interesting, I'd always assumed that the shiny surface was not what was wanted. What does a properly glazed pad look like? When I google for it I bring up lots of images of pads that look like mine.
