Armangué / Juli made grills, which aren’t very common, and people love to say they’ve got one on the internet. The bins are round the back of a building in Newham, and @Dibble was right, it’s not far from the previous Broadway tag. A couple of Google text searches & then maps/Streetmap should get you there I reckon.

I live in Newham but don't know and can't find the new one. I'd love an excuse to get out on my bike so another clue would be grand.
