What time is it? Watches and horology

Can someone please tell me what to buy here please to repair this fashion watch. One bar is lost, I removed the other one to measure it but now it is loose once I put it back.
Internal Lug to lug - 11mm
Total Bar length - 20mm
Bar diameter - 1mm and I think one end is slightly fatter

Hard to say but sounds like everything is made of cheese, either take it somewhere when stuff opens up or order a bunch of correct length springbars in the various diameters.

That's not the right Explorer II. You want the 40mm version (16570). IMO.
I don't really get the weird fascination with the 16550 white dial that goes milky but maybe that is a better investment long term than a Daytona anyway.

But now I'm not sure about the hour hand, and the minute hand seems just a bit too long too.
