Hard to say but sounds like everything is made of cheese, either take it somewhere when stuff opens up or order a bunch of correct length springbars in the various diameters.

so if the internal lug to lug is 11mm, I need an 11mm spring bar, right?

that isn't a spring bar though, it's a press fit type pin...
can anyone pls link me to something that I should buy to fix this?

Can someone please tell me what to buy here please to repair this fashion watch. One bar is lost, I removed the other one to measure it but now it is loose once I put it back.
Internal Lug to lug - 11mm
Total Bar length - 20mm
Bar diameter - 1mm and I think one end is slightly fatter
