• For disc replacement I wouldn't bother with wheel alignment as your not altering anything to do with wheel alignment. Would look at a dial guage ( this sort of thing is an example of one to get or borrow) to check that the discs are mounted flat to the hub and if the discs have minimal run out. Have had branded disc that have had excessive run out that had caused issues.

Lowering the car I'd check on specific forums to see if the amount you are lowering if you need to adjust caster/camber to keep the tyres square on the ground. Also what other adjustments are need such as different drop links to keep the anti roll bars within the and how to go about it.

I find it easier to work with other people, other set of eyes and other set of hands to help make it easier.

Yeah - it's stuff like that that makes me think I should leave that one. I'd be replacing the stock setup with the Mountune one which is meant to be a direct bolt on, but even so I'd definitley tackle the other changes before attempting this one.

I'd quite like to do it with someone - that's a good idea. I might see if I can rustle up a bit of support!

  • There are enough disgruntled ex roush europe/revolve employees to give you the details.

I'd find out what the suspension modification is, such as anti roll bars diameters and different bottom control arm lengths. Have no idea what the difference is, but you could look at part numbers between standard cars. But mounttune do have a fitting guide on the website if that helps.

  • Mention it here, there are people that will pop over to help/critique steal your tea or coffee and biccies.
