Try pulling GPS co-ordinates from the EXIF data, there are plenty of websites that do it e.g. this one

Maybe this area. The top floors of the square block one could be it and also curved side of the other high rise.

Long shot but does anyone recognise these buildings? I’m being sued over a car crash, the claimant “found” some damage on his car and has presented theses photos but I’m pretty sure they aren’t taken near Royal Mint Court
