I think there’s a fair gap between XC and trail, if you look at the centre of the range for each. I’d put XC at 100mm, Trail at 140, Enduro at 170, DH at 200. Then for e.g. you get the slightly burlier XC bikes at around 120 and the short travel trail bikes at 130.
In a year add 10mm to everything.
