My good friend (fellow cyclist) rented the 1st house on the left on Hebden ave for years. Thou he moved last year. Been up to Culcheth loads of times!

It's amazing how much further your money goes up north.
Whenever I go back to Northwich I look at the nice farmhouses I could get for the price of a terraced house in East Ham.

Just put my old house on the market after renting it out for the last 10 years (couldn't sell when I found my current home)
Up north in between Manchester and Liverpool - not sure its worth the money but the EA said the markets been crazy the last 6 months
