Funnily enough I just ordered one of these and a top tube bag.
I'm very impressed - looked at all the artisinal and main brand stuff but no-one was selling something waterproof that would fit in my triangle, even the 'small' ones. Either everyone has XL frames or they expect you to not have a water bottle on the down tube.
Here it is, on a Small Arkose.

Funnily enough I just ordered one of these and a top tube bag.
I'd ordered a Planet x frame bag but returning as the Velcro straps didn't really work on standard steel tubing. Not enough of the hook part of the Velcro to bite and no adjustability on the strap. Quite odd as it ruined an otherwise OK for the money bag.
