I have similar sized shed, still havent managed to wall mount the bikes, living the pile life, its annoying, pls show once you are done.
Are you going to have an asgard or something in the front for low value/daily bikes?

It's what the local estate agent recommended.
Our local estate agent told us our flat was worth X and we'd be unlikely to get more than Y for it.
We sold it for £80k more than Y. I would get a few more valuations, I agree that £10k seems way too cheap.

Or for six weeks, depending on what papers you read.
Sunak is definitely under a lot of pressure from the industry to extend it, that's for sure.

Extended till June.

My point is that this is all speculation. The Times reported it, now a load of other media outlets are reporting that The Times reported it.
We won't know until the budget on March 3rd officially, although given this Government's propensity for leaking it does seem likely.

Garage owner is outside now fixing the doors, just had a chat with him. His view is that commercial property is worth 13 times the annual rental value, which puts each garage at £15,600. I think there's a deal to be done in 28k area.

Anyone built a shed on that plastic grid stuff you fill with stones? I cannot be fucked messing around with concrete, and once it's down it's down for good without considerably more fucking around, so this stuff seems like a decent bet, cheap, DIY and not permanent

I had that thought too but couldn’t find anyone that wasn’t selling the stuff who would recommend it. I’m sure it works though, just not as well and probably a bit less stable.
Which level of build did you go for? 38mm*50mm or (Beast)3"x2"?
