Funnily enough I just ordered one of these and a top tube bag.
I'd ordered a Planet x frame bag but returning as the Velcro straps didn't really work on standard steel tubing. Not enough of the hook part of the Velcro to bite and no adjustability on the strap. Quite odd as it ruined an otherwise OK for the money bag.

It would be nice to have a (cheapish) bag on here to carry a jacket, food, phone etc.
I just bought a couple from planet x that I'm going to return so what would you recommend? Thanks
