From experience I know EC don’t half arse anything so if they are touching an area they will factor in making sure it’s perfect.My bathroom fitter is going to attempt to lay the terrazzo tomorrow, I don't expect it to go well...

Just got the latest cost estimates from architects for the work on our house - well over budget but I'm sure we can bring things down by limiting some of the (many) custom elements and some of the higher spec things. Looks good though so I'm still excited to get cracking
