Do people swap out their bouncy diverge forks? Is that a thing?
The boingy is part of the headset isn't it? At least it is on my flatmate's Diverge
Not really but it's rammed into the actual fork, without it the fork barely pokes out of the headtube
Yeah not exactly. The headset itself is fairly standard albeit a bigger diameter top bearing and the preload is not set by the top cap. But it's a little cartridge that fits into a proprietary fork steerer.
