Given the amount of 160mm travel bikes at Peaslake
Don't think I've bottomed out at Peaslake with 140/120, and @Dammit didn't look to be struggling on his XC bike. I haven't ridden anything where I felt under biked, and if you look at the bikes that have won EWS races they're not always enduro bikes.

That bike was 115/120 IIRC. Either Pace feels more comfortable there, but may well be no faster - but I've only ridden them in the winter there so no real comparison.
I think that's a fair assessment. Given the amount of 160mm travel bikes at Peaslake, the English are going to need 200mm for those alpine blue runs....
