In his latest vlog Dowsett appeared to be saying that Tao was wearing a textured base layer under the official “white jersey” skinsuit? Is this true and was it really for the aero gains? Looking at photos on my phone I can’t see anything that looks like an textured base layer, but maybe I’m looking at the wrong photos?
