Normally there's just parked cars and not a lot of park - this way you can see if if you choose to without having people looking in.
We've got another bay upstairs with even better park views so I don't think we've missed out on too much, and with it being a corner house it can feel quite overlooked.
If we're still living here when my hedge has grown tall enough I'll take the film off again.
