I didn’t understand how that worked tbh. If I buy a car from A and the block cracks ten miles down road after handing the cash over that’s on me unless A was silly enough to offer some kind of warranty.
Unless by sale they meant exchange then the sale drifted through without it getting fixed.
Yeah they proper shafted him, you've got that week after the sale if things go wrong though so they used that to there advantage although the way they went about it was very shady.
