1 pair of used Continental Grandprix 700x23c tyres, front loads of tread, the a little wear to the back centre but again loads of tread left. Good for a beater or commuter. £5 SOLD

1 Pair of Maxxis Minion 26” tyres: Maxxis Minion DHF MAXXPRO 60a 26x2.5 & Maxxis Minion DHR MAXXPRO 60a26.2.35 tyres, absolutely loads of tread. They’d have been knocking around our flat since I sold my DH bike. £30

Shimano BB-RS500, cups and bearings fine, 1x plastic dust seal and the plastic centre tube have a crack in them, where I stud on them! Doh. But it still works and spins freely £5

31x Marrakech Design Dandelion tiles in grey and white. Some will need a clean but these are lovely tiles! They are 20x23cm and if I remember where around £89 a box (of 10 or 12 tiles) , so that’s over £250 worth. £50 for the lot. (The tiles can be arranged to create many different patterns).

26x New feather edge wooden cladding boards, job lot of what I have left. 15x 6ft+ & 11x 5ft. All new and originally bought from E Roberts, it’s there premium quality feather edge. £25
