Ah nice one thank you! Not sure on size of tube, just an idea at the moment to convert a frame to 650b for a laugh...
cheers again,

Googling for the images of the pace ones brought up some pics of these
Which look better suited to seatstay mounting but it seemed like mostly American bmx places that were selling them.
There’s also these
That seem to be marketed for switching between two of the 20” wheel sizes but might be enough to go from 26” to 27.5” if you already have mounts on the frame.

Wouldn't you want something like a break booster to avoid slippage laterally, or maybe it isn't a problem as most of the force is towards seat stay junction/fork crown?

Interesting :) might give it a try in the future!

Shorten the basket struts, pull it in towards the headtube. Level the saddle, desticker the rims.

$7500 for a hybrid.
Guess they didn't learn their lesson with the Urban Racer. Also, I love my Klampers, but mechanical dicks paired with wireless shifting is silly.

I have been having feverish daydreams recently where I’ll build up a Fairlight Faran similarly and then ride it off into the sunset. I reckon the clearance would be a little less capacious but otherwise it might be quite close.
Bit like this:

Your French mystery cx frame is a "Racer Sted", from what I've understood it could be from the city of Saint-Etienne.
I've got one too

What size of band? There’s the Pace ones (and a few similar) for tubes that are probably 30mm+.
