Hey so it’s been >20 minutes since I suggested you pedal forward (clockwise if you’re in the right hand side of the bike) to see if that corrected the problem. I haven’t heard back and I’m now logging off, but if the previous suggestion didn’t work, try the following.
1) Check that there’s nothing stuck anywhere in the chain, like a twig or string. If there is, remove it and pedal forward (clockwise on the right hand side of the bike).
2) Check that there’s nothing in the wheels of the the rear derailleur.
3) Check the chain is properly seated on the cassette and on the two rear derailleur wheels.
4) Check if you can move each derailleur wheel a little with your fingers. If they don’t move at all, something’s broken, you need a bike shop.
5) Pick the chain up off the cassette (rear cogs) and move the cassette counter clockwise with your free hand. If they don’t move at all, something’s broken, you need a bike shop.
