Did you watch the video that my pedals and chain are working now?
I saw the video, my advice is that you can ask question at your local bike shop without having to spend money, it may make thing easier.
If the bike is in good condition, I do recommend getting a Basic Service done (from £35 to £50) to make sure your bike is in road worthy condition, Viking bikes are not known to be reliable.

My advice is to go to your local bike shop and simply talk to them.
You can ask them to help and not have to spend money.
