If you can post a picture of the chain when it is touching the black metal bar, we can probably tell you how to solve it.
Is the chain falling off of the front rings when you pedal? Like in my top pic above?
Or is the chain getting stuck to the ring instead of rotating?
Is the chain broken or visibly bent?
