Subbed. But out of curiosity, why road flat bar shifters and r7000 instead of mtb triggers and derailleur?
Two lines of thinking, familiarity with road parts and can re-use a FD. Secondly, can switch to road levers later on and retain the FD/RD as same pull ratios.
Fairly certain that MTB parts would have been the most cost effective and better for second hands parts.
