that frame is a mix TA front, QR rear. Personally I don't have a problem with that, the benefit of TA is felt more at the front than the back. I can see why the lack of consistency might trouble some people though. Least it's not inconsistent disc brake mounting points...
if you're a bit heavier the frame/fork flexes and discs can rub. QR axles can move slightly if you brake hard too (can lead to creaking)... overall it is more important for the fork but personally wouldnt opt for a frame with rear qr and disc (i had it on my caad and it sucked)
non-thru axle disc frames are so shit
