Does anyone make the following screen:
- 24"
- IPS
- 1440p
- 144Hz (g-sync ideally)
- Not curved
- has displayport
I as far as I can see 1440p seems to be the domain of 27"

There are a few 24" QHD monitors around but I don't think you'll find one with gaming features (ie high refresh rate / g-sync). Gamers have all moved to 27" minimum.

Edit: there's this thing. Seems like a lot of ££ when you could pick up a 27" for similar £
