  • Previously raced road, track and TT but now fat after time off the bike due to fractured collarbone from being wacked by a car, and then more recently a Cholecystectomy. Also sitting on my arse working from home and increased wine intake during lockdown hasn't helped (at least for my weight).

    No specific plans at the moment, other than loosing weight. Any intervals that are better for fat burning than just riding my bike? Limited to max 2h30m for a ride, as my collarbone starts complaining after that.
