I think they main issue is that if you just go by the program they give you, you can burn out easily and a lot of people do.
Who is a lot of people? I still suspect it makes the majority of users quicker.
I'm very much in the 'use TR but educative yourself' camp. If you want tailoring, get a coach or try xert or something.I say this as someone who has dug a few training holes and stopped my recent plan after 3 weeks - too much intensity. That was my fault though.
Person charging 400$ every month posts video poking at platform charging <$20 usd. meh.
Does TR make the majority of people faster, probably. Could you optimise plans to you as an individual, probably, you'll have to do it yourself or cough up a little more ££.
