• whats tl;dr of this?

    I dont follow any plans, I have no targets.
    But I use TR and do 2x 70-80 TSS and 1x 90+ TSS session a week.

    Really though, as someone who's current idea of training is riding up some virtual hills a couple of times a week until I get a bit out of breath, any kind of plan sounds horrific
