V60 is much easier to use twice. Bin the filter/grounds and then rinse in hot water and go again. (I don't have a clever dripper but I would think the same principle applies). Obviously it takes a little while to make it but that is part of the fun!
The forum approved answer is buy both and then use one after the other without cleaning either... :)

So I have UTFS but wanted to clarify some hivemind things....
I'm finding the French Press a small bit of a faff, mostly because I tend to drink two coffees in the morning, so I am considering a different filter set up.
V60 / Clever Dripper doesn't appeal as basically that's not really different from the French Press in terms of faff / quantities challenge

Moccamaster / Technivorm seems a bit overkill. Svart do one for a bit less. What other smallish (<1l) filter machines are there?
